| Comments: | A world record crowd of 109,874 saw one of the greatest rugby games of all time. After the first 9 minutes the score was 0-24, the All Blacks rampant. By half time it was 24-24. And the second half was a huge battle with the Aussies ahead by one point with 2 minutes to go - and then came Jonah!. Lomu scored the winning try with a minute to go, the final score was 35-39. Magnificent game! It was Australia's highest score against New Zealand and the highest scoring game between the two nations ever. see our Australian Tri Nations Fact Sheet |

| Comments: | A tough, hard game with many errors. The All Blacks were in control throughout with the Springboks playing too close in and not up to the standard they showed against Australia. New Zealand once again take a stranglehold on the competition and move ahead with 9 points. go to our N.Zealand Tri Nations Fact Sheet |

| Comments: | A brilliant performance by Mortlock saw him snuff out his detractors and win the Man of the Match award as the Wallabies out played the Springboks - who for the third game in a row failed to score in the second half. check out our Australia - this year… |

| Comments: | Again, one of the classic games of rugby of all time. After the Aussies took the early lead the All Blacks fought back to lead by 2 at the half. The 2nd half saw an incredible tempo but no tries and then with all hope gone the Wallabies earnt a penalty on full time and the true kick by Eales won them the game by a point, and they held the Bledisloe Cup. |

| Comments: | Wonderful game that saw a deluge of tries in the first half but a strong NZ fightback in the second. Finally the Springboks break through and the loss by NZ leaves the door open for Australia to win the Tri Nations. see our S.Africa - this year… |

| Comments: | A tense battle that turned into a penalty shoot out. After losing the lead with minutes to go Mortlock won the game with the last kick of the game as Australia won their first Tri Nations. Very tough and tense battle with both sides fumbling and turning over the ball often. check out the The Mortlock File |
